*The annual Endorsement Renewal Fee for Active and Inactive Endorsees may be submitted here or via EASy when submitting for renewal.

**There is a $25 late fee for Endorsement renewals submitted after 12/31.

Payment Options:

12 or 24-month VAIMH Membership ($60 - $120)

12 month VAIMH Membership ($60) + Endorsement Renewal ($40) = $100

12 month VAIMH Membership ($60) + $10 Donation ($70)

A Welcome Letter and Membership Certificate from the VAIMH President will be emailed to the new/renewed VAIMH member.

All current VAIMH Members have Site Member privileges, giving free access to VAIMH Professional Development (live or recorded) sessions.

VAIMH Memberships expire annually on Dec. 31. Site Member privileges are removed for lapsed memberships.
